Trailhead is the friendly one, and it's the collection that exists because Clients asked for it by name. During early conversations, prospective buyers told us directly that they wanted a smaller home, a lower price point, and a first-floor owner's suite they could settle into for the long run. The Aspen and Sierra answer all three, running roughly 1,750 to 2,450 square feet and starting at $680,000. Quarry Collection
Quarry is the one with roots, literally. Their names are all stone types, a nod to the land's history as a working limestone quarry.
Alpine Collection
Alpine is the big personality of the group, the largest collection in the community and the widest range of any of them. Perry Townhomes brings three stories of living in a seven-unit building, each with a two-car garage, three bedrooms, and roughly 1,950 square feet and up.
