This warranty, effective from your closing date, is based on the standards established by the Building Industry Association of Ohio, ensuring your home meets the high expectations you deserve. If you identify any concerns that fall within the warranty guidelines, our Client Services team is here to assist. To support you, we offer two scheduled warranty reviews—at 60 days and 11 months after closing. These reviews provide an opportunity to address any qualifying issues and ensure your home continues to meet our workmanship standards. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to providing the care and support you need to feel confident in your new home.
