Warranty and Client Care
Our Client Care team supports you throughout your first year of homeownership. We schedule follow-ups around 60 days and 11 months after closing to answer questions and ensure everything meets our standards.
If you notice something that isn’t right, submit a request through Thrive Client Concierge. We’ll review the issue and coordinate any repairs covered under your one-year workmanship warranty. If you’re unsure what’s covered or how to maintain a system in your home, we’re here to help.
