Our Client Care team is here to support you through your first year of homeownership. If you find items that don’t meet these standards, we’ll review and address eligible concerns to ensure your home meets your expectations. Thrive Client Concierge

During your homebuilding/buying process, Thrive Client Concierge serves as your central hub for home details, progress updates and communication. It keeps organized and in one place as your new home takes shape. After closing, Thrive Client Concierge provides a convenient, centralized hub for your home information and warranty needs.

Warranty and Client Care

Our Client Care team supports you throughout your first year of homeownership. We schedule follow-ups around 60 days and 11 months after closing to answer questions and ensure everything meets our standards.

If you notice something that isn’t right, submit a request through Thrive Client Concierge. We’ll review the issue and coordinate any repairs covered under your one-year workmanship warranty. If you’re unsure what’s covered or how to maintain a system in your home, we’re here to help.
