Support When You Need It

Our Client Care team is here throughout your first year of homeownership. We schedule follow‑ups around 60 days and 11 months after closing to answer your questions and make sure everything meets our standards. If you notice something that isn’t right, just reach out. We’ll review the issue and coordinate any repairs covered by our one‑year workmanship warranty. If you’re unsure whether an item is covered or how to maintain a system in your home, we’ll explain what’s included and provide tips to help you protect your investment.
