Ethical Compensation and Client Representation
Homes by Thrive complies with current industry standards regarding buyer representation and agent compensation.
- Buyer agents must have a written buyer representation agreement with their client that outlines compensation terms prior to showing homes.
- Agents must register clients before or at the first visit to establish procuring cause.
- Registered clients are protected for 90 days from the date of registration.
- Compensation is paid in accordance with the executed purchase contract and the agent’s agreement with their client.
